OI 3.7 - NT 4.0 - Novell 4.2 - NLM 1.5a not working (OpenInsight Specific)

I have three NT 4.0 sp4 Servers I am trying to connect to my Novell 4.2 Server. 1 of the them works, the other two refuse to see the NLM.
With revparam ServerOnly=1 I get blocked from loading OI, without NLM Stats reports that no tables are attached and NLMSerial claims there isnt a Server attached.
I have just spent 1.5 hours browsing the Discussions and found nothing that helps and so am posting this message as a last ditch hope that someone has the answer.
Heres a breakdown on what I have and what I have tried.
Novell 4.2
2 x IBM PIII -NT v4 sp4 running as Standalone Server. (Not seeing NLM)
1 x HP NET Server LH3 -NT v4 sp4 running as Domain controller. (Is seeing NLM)
Client 32 4.61 and have also tried 4.5
Also running TCPIP but not running it on the Novell Server.
OI 3.7
All files installed on the Novell Server.
All machines logon to Novell and have access to mapped drives/printers etc.
Have checked Frame Types.
Haven't got a Router.
Have tried logging on as Supervisor.
I have checked all cableing / Switcher / Hub NIC config stuff and tried different combinations to try and resolve the Problem
Have tried NLM 1.5 and 1.5a. And yes I know how to use Netdrv.exe.
The two machines that dont work are IBM piii 500 workstations. Another IBM PIII with Win98 doesn't have a problem connecting to the NLM.
If anyone has any suggestions I would be very very grateful.
thanks

What message are you getting on the failed load ? FS477 ?
Have you tried with the Microsoft client (probably GSNW as they are NT Servers).

Mark,
GSNW - Gateway Services for NetWare
I have found that the ENG0805 error is normally resolved by copying NWCALLS.DLL and NWIPXSPX.DLL into the Windows\System directory on the offending machine.

I had lots of problems recently with a Novell Site and the LHIPXVXD version 1.14 seems to be a fix-all for many problems.
Just a stab in the dark but please advise if this helps or if you have already tried this, as I am trying to build up a database of these types of errors and possible solutions.

Mark, did you try Tim's idea of adding the DLL he mentioned?
If so did it work? I am having the same problem.
