Arev 2.12 print is not routed properly for orders (AREV Specific)

The program runs on the workstation again after pointing it to the server and it prints to the local printer for the invoices. It no longer prints the shipping orders to the printer attached to the server like it use to. Two other workstations run the same pif file and print orders to the shipping printer on the server . I added a capture command so the other two can print invoices to the re-installed invoice printer workstation and they work. How can I get the re-installed invoice station to route the orders printing to the server printer like the other two?

This may be a bit of a shot in the dark (alright, twilight), but I'm thinking that the pif file may not be the place to be looking. By chance the printer definition and the corresponding capture printer port. Are the two types of documents being directed out from the same workstation? Possibly one is routed to LPT1 (one capture printer port), and the other to LPT2 (second capture printer port).

That is a possibility. I am not familiar with the way the program prints. I don't know where the program sets up printer definitions. It was done previous to my being there. The pif file was just to get the program running. I did check the computers that are printing properly and they don't have a 2nd lpt port captured unless it does it in the background. If I knew what prints where, I might be able to redirect it to where it should go. Any ideas?

command issued under Windows NT clients prior to AREV opening to activate the printer. AT the DOS prompt type NET USE /? for the exact syntax. There also may be a PERSISTENT flag as an option which you should set to YES if your NET.EXE enables this parameter.
