RAGU,
Let me first say the the NPP stands for Network Performance Pack. It is synonymous to the All Networks Driver. It is a network driver for use with OpenInsight and Advanced Revelation software. The NPP can be run with the NT Service(a service that runs on the NT Sever), for greater network performance and file/record protection. The NPP and the NT Service have nothing to do with service packs in the traditional sense (for NT's OS, etc.).
Beyond this, I don't know of any issues with a WinNT (SP4) running Exchange. Take a look at our SUPPORT MATRIX for compatibility issues.
