RDK won't create or open views (OpenInsight Specific)

I'm experiencing some extreme oddness with the RDK. It will not, no matter how hard I try, allow me to create a new repository view or open an existing view. By this I mean I hit the button, or menu item, select new repository view, and nothing happens, I just get a blank RDK Mdi frame staring at me. If I try to open one I create last week, same thing, it won't do it. Creating deployment definitions is no problem.
I've checked for GFE's in dict.sysreposviews and sysreposviews, and they are fine. Modulo and sizelock look fine. It just stopped working one day for no reason. Any ideas?

Maybe something happened to the repository indexes since that's where the info in the open dialog comes from.

Funny as this may sound, no I haven't. I'm of the opinion that I shouldn't have to. I've got enough on my plate with debugging our application, without having to go through and debug RTI code.

1) Fixed in 3.5 by the IsEventContext() fix
2) Fixed in 3.6
3) You have too few resources available (close other apps …)
What version of OI are you using when you have this problem? Is it reproducible.
