We are currently in the process of evaluating version 7.2.1 (having previously been on version 7.0.0) and we have come across a tabbed window in our product whereby the Checkboxes, Editfields, and Text labels etc on the first tab disappear when you have another window or message etc open over the top of it.

As you move the top window or message around it appears to act like a rubber (excuse the phrase) and removes the controls in the Groupboxes on the first tabbed window except for the actual Groupboxes. However, the same error does not occur on the remaining three tabs of the window all of which have Groupboxes containing equivalent controls. If you keep moving the window or message around over the first tabbed window then the controls come and go, if I remove the Groupboxes altogether from the window then the problem goes.

Any help would be appreciated, it seems strange that it is just the first of the four tabbed windows that has the problem when the layout of the other three are very similar. I assume the content of the window is not refreshing properly for some reason once somethign has been moved over the top of it ?????

This sounds like a Z-order problem that occurred in the 7 series as a result of changes to the TAB control.

SRP (www.srpc.com) has a form fixer that should handle this, or you should be able to open and save the form(s) in question, or we also have a utility to help.
