OENGINE GPF (OpenInsight Specific)

One of our users is getting a GPF caused by OENGINE at 0003:0000271E
They have Windows 95 and the applications runs OK on some PCs, just one gives the GPF.
They have checked permissions etc.
Any idea what this reference means or possible cause.

After a partucular time of the day?
After the user runs a specific program?
After the user closes a specific program?
Is it at all reproducable?
Is there anything different about this machine?

Video settings?
Network card?
Network driver?
