I hope you're not trying to load the NLM onto an NT Server. The NLM is a Netware Loadable Module (hence the NLM) and will not run on an NT Server.
Now, if you have the NLM loaded onto a Novell Server and are trying to connect to that with an NT box, well, that's no problem. I'm doing it on the workstation I'm typing this on.
Any more information you can give would be helpfull in giving you a real answer to your problem.
