One of our customers has a 20 user OpenInsight 4.12 system running on Windows 2003 Server with Windows Service 2.1. It is configured named pipes. They recently replaced a work station with Windows XP 64 bit. I didnt see it, but they said it was so slow that it was not useable and they reformatted the drive and installed Windows XP 32 bit on the workstation. Has anybody had a similar experience with Windows XP 64 bit? I have OI on a single user 64 bit AMD with Windows XP 64 bit and have not had any problems.

I have a few x64 machines and have not seen that problem with OI. When I was testing the Service though, I was using the UD in TcpIp. Also, all of my x64 machines are at least dual procs. The exception to that proc statement being my Vista machine.

Maybe a few other people have tried.
