I have a customer who is receiving FS472 errors almost every morning on several of their workstations (win98). If they reboot several times eventually the AREV application starts to work.

This doesn't happen on all workstations.

I have followed the KB instructions regarding setting of the Frame type to match Novell but they are still having the problem.

The server is Novell 3.12 with two ethernet cards. One supports an old "Thin Net" network and the other is "10baseT". Additionally, they have Windows NT Servers connected into the "10baseT" network. Also, the server has two frame types installed. 802.3 and SNAP.

Question: Could the two frame types on the server be causing problems? Also, if the NT Servers have NWLink loaded, could that also be causing a problem?

Any help would be appreciated.
