I need to create a relational index, something I usually do by invoking Database Manager. This is fine under Windows 98 but under Windows XP the Database Manager is hanging while coming up.

Any ideas about what I'm missing? If this persists, how can I invoke the Make Index function from System Editor (similar to RUN LIST_INDEX)?

C:\pathto\oi16\LB.EXE /AP=MyApp /UN=MyName

Yes, you can create the relational index programatically, or from thr System Editor. But this is just working round a problem that needs addressing.
