Tab folder uppercasing (OpenInsight 32-bit Specific)

The text is in lower case, and when I run the form, the tab text displays uppercase.
I have deleted and recreated the control.
I have debugged and the TEXT property is in lower case.
It displays uppercase even before it gets to any code.
Any ideas?

The problem seems to be that the text displayed is the same name as the form.
I set up a form called TEST, with a tab control with Test|Test in the label. It too displayed in Uppercase, so an OI Bug perhaps.
I have now got around the problem, by putting a space either side of the text in the control.
Thanks for pointing me in the right direction, hopefully Revelation can fix.
