Is there any update to the problem in OIPI not producing the HEADER lines in RTF, HTML, CSV and TEXT?

Try to use 

 set_printer("Addtable" ...) 

 for setting the column headers and the table rows.

 there is parameter, in set_printer("Addtable"......) where you can append the new rows to the table. This works for all - RTF, PDF and HTML
