Can someone please give me a difinitive answer on how to upgrade our single user runtime engine.

I had the same problem a month ago. I called revelation. They had me email them my OIengine and then they returned the runtime version back to me. I then put it in my folder and that resolved it.

Call revelation, its like a same day event.
