Printing under AREV 3.12 via a dedicated Print Server (AREV Specific)

Recently we installed an HP Print Server under Novell 3.12. The user before used to print directly to her printer via the local printer port but since we wanted the printer to be shared we attached it to a dedicated print server. The application is a Payroll application developed under AREV 3.12. Whenever the user tries to print from the application nothing is printed. What could be wrong? Are there some settings one has to do under AREV? We have a dongle attached to the Parallel Port of the workstation.

In all of our stores, we print through the standard Novell print server. We don't have any problems.
What we do is in the startup files for the workstation, we capture LPT1 and LPT2 to the respective print queues on the print server.
Then, under AREV, we define Printer 1 and Printer 2 for the printers served by the print queues.
