Modifying Popus on the fly (AREV Specific)

Seems, however, that the popup is actually compiled (like windows) when I press F9 in the MAKEPOPUP window.
Is there a way to modify the behaviout of a "T" type popup on the fly?

Lookup "pop_up_soft" and "pop.up"
pop_up_soft - runs a previous defined popup.
pop.up - creates a popup from variables you define.
