I have tried this by using columns in Print SetUp. When I go to Preview the page is blank, but when I zoom out the names magically appear. However when I print I get an empty page.

The reporter has a nasty tendancy to not print if the cell box is not large enough to hold the value when printed. Try making the column heading cell box and the data value cell box a little larger.

Have tried to put a main title on the document and this is only partly appearing. Could the main title be in columns as well
