Logon and Security file (AREV Specific)

This may sound a bit drastic, but a client for whom we have written an application had sent me a complete dump of their files. However, when I boot up our application with the account name (which we use as the top level User Id) no one at the user/client end knows the password. I have tried another user's Id and password but that doesn't work either.
Is it possible to replace the security file with those we have on our development system, so that we can get in. If so what are the files and is a straight file copy.
Added to this the whole purpose of this exercise is to assist the client in setting up a copy of their application/account from their network and loading to a stand alone pc!! We have managed to reconfigure Arev to 'Non Networking' but they still get a Revmedia error. However, as implied above, a copy of their files works on my PC, subject to me having a password!

You are going to have to contact your local Revelation sales office. We can't really explain how to hack system security on an open forum.

Why not just reset the account password from SYSPROG? Or doesn't anyone know the SYSPROG account password either?
