Unable to open boot media map. (AREV Specific)

I am running AREV on a Novell 3.12 Network, and I installed the NLM. Version 1.1. When I run LHIPXTSR and then load arev I get "Unable to open boot media map" right away. I can't even load "AREV INSTALL" or "AREV LANPACK". When I unload LHIPXTSR it gives me the warning that the TSR isnt loaded but lets me in. I have run this exact same setup in many locations, what could be causeing this to happen now?
