NLM / Citrix Server don't work together (AREV Specific)

We are using AREV 3.12 and were using a Citrix Server so that our remote locations could log into our system.
When we started changing our workstations from Windows 3.1 to NT we installed the Advanced
Revelation NLM (as required), but when we did that we could no longer access our applications
via the Citrix Server.
Has anyone else ran into this problem and if so how did you correct it? We have contacted
Advanced Revelation, and they have not been able to tell us anything for the last few months, all the while our remote
locations have not been able to access.

Could you give details on the nature of the problem?
It also might help to do a search on Citrix here to see if any other posting has some information that might be helpfull.

Is your problem with the DOS Based graphics? I am having some issues also. I can get it to run from the console, but I am having an issue from remote stations.

Citrix and the NLM CAN work together it is a case of getting the right combination of clients.
I recently visited a site that had been trying to resolve this problem for many months (not installed by us ! ) and fixed it for them so I know it will work !. They were running the following
Citrix 1.7
Netware 4.11
Win 95/Win 3.1 stations
NLM 1.5
OI 3.6 running on Netware server drive
I resolved the issue by using Citrix NT Gateway Services for Netware (comes as an option in Citrix NT not an extra) to connect to the Netware box. Citrix box is set to run OI from the Netware server. After manually copying across various OI DLL files to Windows\System from a working local Win95 netware client machine it all works. The issue was performance even after various registry tweaks it was still slow in my opinion either running from the Citrix box directly or for the remote access clients.
What did not work was installing the latest Novell Client for NT (version 4.11b especially for Citrix versions) instead of the GSNW drivers. This generally offers higher performance but with the NLM drivers loaded causes OI to bomb out with FS477 error.
I have forwarded a detailed description of the various steps I took to Cameron Purdy, via the UK office, so hopefully they will be able to look at both the performance issue when using GSNW and the error when using Novell Client
Let me know if I can give you any further help.
