DLL Conflict with win2k (OpenInsight 32-Bit)

One of our clients recently upgraded their workstations to Windows 2000. They are running the 32-bit version of OI. After upgrading their workstations they are now getting "Ordinal value 6880 could not be located in the dynamic link library mfc42.dll" as they are exiting the system. I thought it may be a conflict with their version of the MFC42.DLL, so we installed the OI client hoping that would clean up any version conflicts, but the message still persists.
Has anyone seen this before?
Thanks in advance,
Matt

Check their workstations and that MFC42.DLL is in the \Windows\System32 directory only, and that it isn't a correct version. Sounds like they have an older version of this file, or a buggy "newer" version, or the correct version in the wrong path.
Try (re-) installing the latest service pack for Windows and see if the problem is remedied.
