9.0 upgrade install error (OpenInsight 32-Bit)

Greetings!
Got around to trying an upgrade to 9.0 today.
Ran fine except got this error:
"An error occured during the move data process: -115
Component: Program Files
File Group: Program Files
File: C:\RevSoft\OInsight\rd4.dll
After 'OK' it continued and did the SYSPROG part and completed.
I unzipped the zip file again and re-ran. Got same error.
I wonder if this is benign or if I got a corrupted download?

Paxton,
Usually this is due to the OEngineServer and/or the OETelnetServer running on your computer. Stop those and run the upgrade again.

I had about 5 or 6 of these, start with rcl4.dll. Couldn't find a process that had them locked, and I simply renamed the .dll shown in the error message and restarted the installation. Since I was able to rename them they clearly weren't locked by a running process, so the cause is a mystery. But the installation will eventually succeed.

It seems to be that these error appear if you try upgrade over 9.0 beta.
If you upgrade e.g. over v8.0.7 these error will not appear.

Well, thanks for all the hints. I am upgrading from 8.0.3
and I suspect OengineService is running, so I will start with Don's suggestion of stopping that.
The installation seems to run OK except I can not get the Editor to start from the Application Manager, but it starts from the REV_IDE
Have fun,

Well, stopping OEngineService did not help, still get the -115 error.
Will try the rename trickā¦

Hmmm.
Well, tried renaming rd4.dll and then it complained about APPDLG.dll and when continuing, it complained it could not find rd4.dll and quit. Maybe 8.0.3 has to be upgraded first.

Paxton,
Is everyone out of the system? Don Bakke's response is normally the reason why there is the -115 error.

Paxton,
To add to Sean's comments, if the rename trick only leads to other files being locked then that is a sure sign that someone (or some process) is in the system.

after disabling OengineService and rebooting, got it to go.
