System Windows poorly behaved (OpenInsight 32-Bit)

i have a 20 inch monitor .. i have something (non oi) running on the left hand side of the screen.
I open OI and put app manager on the right hand half
I open Deployment (most of the sytem windows do this) and it opens on the left hand of the screen. SO i move it to the right .. and click NEW button and the popup opens on the left hand of the screen .. yada yada yada
The windows really should open in relation with each other .. don't you think?
