One of the workstations connects using Windows7 64 bit.
Everything is working ok
Except
They upgraded Windows 7 PC to SP1 yesterday and now the fonts print bigger than before.
They tried different printers and drivers, with no change.
When we rolled the install back to before SP1 all is working normally again.
Anyone seen this and know how to fix it?

Gerry,
If you search on internet you may well find the font issue has plagued some users / Win7 OS upgraders before. That is, I suspect the font problem has more to do with the Win OS process, and less to do with OI. If my guess is right, the remedy is in fixing the Win7 OS environment.

We have seen issues with the fonts displayed on forms, but not the OIPI print output. I'm assuming that the window forms display correctly. If not please let me know.
Please remember OpenInsight 9.1.1+ is recommended for Windows 7 x64
Maybe someone in the community has encountered a similar issue.

Jared,
The issues is only to do with OIPI not the forms
I do know about the recommended version and is working with the client to try and upgrade.
Windows 32 bit SP1 don't seem to have any issues.
I think it could be a printer driver issue, but we will have to wait to see if the likes of HP brings out new drivers.

Have you tried another printer? If you don't have one installed you can try CutePDF to generate a PDF version of the output simply by printing to the virtual CutePDF printer.
Did other applications encounter printing problems before you rolled back to SP1?
