Tables not able to 'Edit' (OpenInsight 32-Bit)

For some reason all table controls are not able to go into Edit mode with f2.

I am not sure when this started .. just wrapping up a screen and testing several.

Any ideas what would keep the table control from being able to go into edit mode?
