Hi, Don. Just to circle back to this, we've just installed upgraded to a pre-release of 10.2 on the web site, and it seems much more responsive, so hopefully you'll see a decrease in the errors starting now.

Bryan - Thanks. I'll keep watch. As of an hour ago, I was unable to pull up any WORKS posts nor could I get to the eStore. I will assume you were doing the update on your end at that time.
