When i run scan_rep it tells me error from not only my own application but from sysprog and the examples as well. Why is that?Do i have to delete them?Shouldn't sysprog and examples be error free?

SYSPROG and EXAMPLES should be error free, but unfortunately (and I'd call this a bug) even if they are, scan_rep will report some issues. Do not delete anything unless you are absolutely sure it is not required by the system for any reason!!!

I have not try the deployment, but will these errors effect my deployment?

If errors in current application about-to-be-deployed THEn good chance that the RDKExtract will be partial. ALWAYS make sure you have clean application before starting RDKExtract.

On other hand the errors in other apps less likely to impact unless we have inherited entities. As recommended elsewhere in thread, do NOT clean out errors in SYSPROG or SAMPLE application unless you are absolutly sure (and have a backup).
