SYS1000 Error using NT Service/NPP (None Specified)

Every now and then whilst using the OI product, we experience the same error. (SYS1000 - Error loading program REV_LOADREC)
The system does not allow me to abort this message and I am forced to reset the PC.
We tried to create a REVPARAM file containing : ServerOnly=True
But to no avail.
Any suggestions!!

Are you using Win 95 or Win NT as client machines? Does this error take place when you execute a certain command or procedure? Try increasing File handles to 200, in your config.sys filefor WIN 95 and config.ntfor WIN NT.
