ATF.RIX problem? (OpenInsight 32-Bit)

Note that the first five characters of the data are EXACTLY the same as the LAST five characters of the file size. It doesn't seem to be a pointer to anyplace meaningful within the data. Could it be that this is supposed to be the file size, but two characters that should be there are missing?
