On attempting to upgrade to OI 8.0.5 I am encountered with the following error:
An error occured during the move data process: -115
Component: Program Files
File Group: OI Distrbuted File
File: (path)\msvbvm60.dll
Can anyone provide some insight (har har) on where to go from here?

Mat,
Do you have the OEngineServer/OESocketServer running? This could cause the error you are seeing.

Sean, no. I double checked and both OETelnetServer and OEngineServer are not running. Also to note is that OI is running on Windows Server 2003 SP2. I noticed the README mentions only NT, W2K, XP and Vista as supported. Is this a problem?

msvbvm60.dll is the Vb6 runtime, which in turn is used (AFAIK) only by the Utility32/revComi.dll or old OIPI functions. Any change that revComi is loaded or that you have an old START32 command in your OpenInsight?

Bob,
That sounds likely, as a majority of our work has been with Arev32. How can I tell is revComi is loaded or if I have an old START32 command?
Thanks.

Bob,
It seemed that OI was running on a client machine. The install seems to progress now without hitting that roadblock.

Is it possible (and even wise) to modify the update to note if these services are running and if they are .. stop .. install .. restart?

Dave,
There is a warning message that is displayed after you accept the license agreement.
