After upgrading to OI 9.3 my Arev32 R/Basic reports don't have headings or column headings. I have been using the OIPI printer, so I tried the reports again after selecting a windows printer, but the result is the same.

Andrew, Need to be more specific. What command was working and does not now.

Hi Bob. Sorry, these are R/Basic report programs originally generated from an RLIST statement using the (X) parameter (then modified to add functionality). The heading and column headings are being specified using the HEADING and COLHEADING/COLLENGTH statements. These programs were working properly under OI 9.1 and 9.2. and up to beta3 of OI9.3.

Bob, I generated a new test program using an R/List statement with the (X) parameter and looked at the code. I noticed that the syntax for the HEADING, FOOTING, COLHEADING, and COLLENGTH used OConv statements and there was an additional statement: DVAR = OCONV("","[AREV32_RLIST_SUPPORT,INIT]") at the top of the program. By inserting this statement in my program the reports now have the heading and column headings as before.

As I said before, these report programs worked fine up to OI9.3beta 3, so my question is do I now have to include this statement in all of my report programs, or did something change after beta 3 that is not including it when the program is compiled? I have a lot of these reports and would like to get them working again as quickly as possible.

Thanks.

Bob,

I am running into a similar problem. In fact, I just logged in to post my problem in the bug tracker and I read Andrew's post. Please review my entry under 2151. I posted code that will make it very easy to replicate.
