Are there any problems with OI 4.1.3 running under Windows 7.

Barry,
Since 4.1.3 is 16 bit I think you are limitted to a 32 bit version of Windows. I have tried AREV under Windows 7(x32) (not networked) and it loaded and functioned. Sorry I haven't specifically tried OI 4.1.3.

You are likely to encounter the typical DEP (Data Execution Prevention) problems with OI 4.1.3. The combination of OI 4.1.3 / Windows 7 isn't in the supported configuration list and there are no plans to officially test the configuration.
If you try it please report your findings back to us.

If all else fails, you can also try running it in Virtual XP Mode on Windows 7. This is what I've been doing for Arev on Win7 64bit.

G'day Barry,
Any reason why you can't upgrade this site to a more current version? 4.1.3 is coming up on 10 years old (how time flys!)
There are so many benifits to upgrading. The only down side is the 30 mins or so it will take you to perform the necessary upgrades.
It will be easier for you to support the site if you upgrade. You will have access to better tools like TCL, the new editor, better and faster indexing, improved database manager, improved OIPI, faster edittable performance…I could go on and on and on.
Let me know if you need a hand with this. Happy to step you through the process.
And for all you other Works members out there, why not make 2010 the year you get all your sites up to the latest version of OI. Your clients will be better off and you get to use the latest OI tools and features.
regards,
