Hi Dave,
Ive no idea what the "wonderful" 100 is (not sure if it's related to an FS100 code, but it's rare to see an FS error without it's prefix)
However… before you call the popup in your code can you use get_Status() to see if there is a lingering error condition that popup might be picking up on?
Thanks

Thanks Carl … This brings up a problem.
First I put in the get_status code for both areas where the popups may be called and were having the problem. This morning I can not get the popups to fail. No 100s in the system monitor. everything is as usual.
Second.. this brings up the problem of odd behavior. This is not the first time I have noticed odd behavior with something just not working. To me it is mainly dealing with the BRW. Now this may be because I am using it the most. Building many reports and some ?complex? reports. But at times the system seems to just stop working in areas. Many times I can shut down OI and start it back up and things are working again … but other times, like last night, I shut down many times and nothing changed. The popups worked yesterday morning. but after hours of working on the BRW and some code … it just stopped working.
I can't be the only one seeing odd behavior … and it isn't just the BRW .. sometimes the FD starts actiing up. I know that this is all anecdotal reference but this is a very hard thing to recreate … and I am not sure I want to recreate .. might not go away

I forgot to mention that this is not new to 10.8, though I wasn't doing many reports in BRW until 10.8. But Ghosts in the Machine have been there for a while. Let me know if there is anything I can do to help.
