A customer is getting this error on a 9.21 system using oipi.net. The reports are the result of list statements being passed programattically to run_report
The strange thing is this doesn't happen with all users… What kind of situation would cause this error?
Thanks,
John

Unfortunately I am not privy to the Beta Forum.
I did a little more digging and it may have something to do with the fact that the users don't have write access to the location in the OI Environment used for sort files. Will follow-up when I know for certain.

Okay the crash is happening with some users if the default printer is a network printer. If the user selects PDF Creator (software printer) the reports work every time.
Any ideas?
