The upgrade has the patch within it. If you upgrade there is no need to install the patch.

If I apply patch to 7.21 build 1 Feb 06, SCAN_REP OK; if I apply 7.21 upgrade (build 2 Feb 06) - no cigar. The SCAN_REP shows a user logged on - the next button disabled. Who reports 2 Feb 06.

I took a 7.2 system and applied the latest upgrade, which I downloaded from the website. I run SCAN_REP and do not have any troubles. The Next button is available and there are no users logged into the system.

Sean, from recollection, the USER showing was for this workstation - and the reason as above.
