We have a few users who, having been given very high resolution screens, change their DIP setting from 96 to 120 to compensate. They also set large fonts.

This leads to some information not displaying and/or not being editable within their screen controls.

Is there a current way of detecting and doing the appropriate resizing that we are missing? Or do you Revsoft have any plans to cater for this in the near future?

This is going to become to increasing problem with our client base, a lot of whom are running CAD spec systems. In future, of course, they may use a custom setting increasing the dpi further.

We have found this on both xp and Vista and OI 4-8.

Gary, at the last conference, SRP unveil a handful of useful utilities, two specifically and another one, might make your resolution issues go away.

SRP_Set_MinMaxInfo

SRP_Show_Window

and another utility that will help with the "themes" and "system colors"

SRP_Set_SysColorChange

I believe the utilties are freeware, I have the zipped set, if you want the copy I have, or its on the Conference 2008 disc or contact Don Bakke of SRP. www.srpcs.com

there are a few windows API functions to help with the resolution, but SRP has most of them contained in these utilties.
