Is there a way to get more than one column value on

Bks Date ID Building Year ERG Act

1 01 JUL 1999 2602-1 This Building 0 $59.58 $-.89

1 [b]This Building[b] 0 $357.48 $-360.36

The break is on the year column (if I've done the html correctly) with totals on ERG and Act, I would also like to have the column Building and Bsk appear on this break.

Is this possible?

Pascal - I do not believe you can. You might be able to create a symbolic combining a couple of the columns and try breaking on that after sorting by year, etc.

BREAK-ON summary lines will only show the breaking values an numeric result columns with TOTAL or AVERAGE conditions. To print additional information in the break, create a symbolic column which will contain the full information to display, then break on this special column.

This is all very nice but quite impracticle since I have 4 columns that I break on, each with totals. Also the width of the report is limited.

When After the fact you want to dump something like that into a spreadsheet you find yourself copy and pasting cetain values to fill in the blanks. When you have to go through 14000 line in excel and copy and paste values in 2 columns, it get quite monotonous.

Yes, that does sound impractical. Using OIPI would seem to be your best bet then.
