The client uses the service .. so I set revparm Service Only=false

I have made sure that the 3 hidden files are there ..

Try running Netdrv- change driver to something other than All networks 1.5, save it, Start Netdrv again, and then change it back to All Networks 1.5.

As you probably already know, FS231 is "The file does not exist".  Create an LH2.LOG file to see if that provides the clue on why this error is being returned.

Does REVMEDIA.LK really exist in the current working directory? If so, is there some kind of permission problem?
