Any way, it is a message box entitled "Application manager", with the message text of "Unable to load language resource dll!"

Thanks for posting the problem description. This issue came up on a single workstation some time ago but the issue was never fully resolved. In the previous case the problem happened every time the program was launched, not intermittently.
Would you please try starting the computer in safe mode with networking support and launching your application? This will help determine if the frequency of application crashes change or goes away completely. I suspect that a 3rd party program is getting in the way of the language resource DLL load process. Restarting in safe mode with network support should allow you to launch OpenInsight without additional antivirus/spyware software running in the background. Please try this and let me know what happens.
