This morning I upgraded my OI app from OI3.4 thru OI3.5 to OI3.6 (with no pit stop). Now, when I do an Rlist select, it works fine the FIRST time, after that I get an error "Invalid target 5". I log out of OI and back in again it's fine, but for the first select only. NB: This problem only occurs when it's a large select requiring a temp .SFX file. My sort file location is C:\TEMP, and I have tried it as DATAVOL. Idon't know if it's 3.5 or 3.6 that's caused it, as I didn't test the system at the 3.5 level. No other change was made to the environment, the network or anything during the upgrade. Can anyone help, or must I back out of 3.6? I have installed the NPP 1.5, and we run the NT Service 1.2.

There will be a 3.61 shortly addressing this and other issues.

Nick,

If you look here, Cam has posted a patch for this problem.

3.6.1 should be out very soon, we are trying to work the last few details out.

John,

My experience was that RList, QBF and som BTree screwed up in OI3.6 but appears fixed with the REVBOOT fix. Would recommend everyone apply fix (until 3.61 is available)
