Readnext, using POST_EVENT (OpenInsight 32-Bit)

If you design an event called readnext and if you were to use POST_EVENT to process readnext sentences… will that eliminate needing to YIELD()?

Would there be any side effects doing readnext this way?

It seems to "free up" the engine enough so that the engine can share tasks more efficiently.

Example… A user starts a 15 minute report process, and during that time the user wants to do other things like enter invoice information or trace shipments.

You could just spawn a new engine to run the report?
