I have a client whom I upgraded to 7.0.1 Since the upgrade one machine only gets the following error when they go to print a report:
Oinsight.exe - Entry point not found
The procedure entry point DoOpenPipeStream could not be located in the dynamic link library ScrRun.dll
The machine is on Windows 2000 5.00.2195 Service Pack 4
The report will run after the Ok button is clicked.
Both OIPI ocxs have been registered, but I do not think this is an OIPI issue. Also replaced the dll from a machine that runs okay, but the message still occurs.

I found this googling for you error which might be of use:
It's very likely that some other application you have installed put an older version of scrrun.dll on your system, causing this error. The version in %windir%\system32 should still be the correct one (it's a protected file, so it shouldn't have been overwritten), so you can probably just re-register it and all should be well. Type "regsvr32 scrrun.dll" from any command prompt. The version number on that file should be 5.6.0.6626.
