OpenInsight stopped working (OpenInsight 32-bit)

I had recently posted about an Arev32 application exiting with the F10 key. While this is still true I have discovered that Arev32/OI is also exiting without warning or error message intermittently, either when saving a record or sometimes when application has been left open and the user returns to start using it again after they enter on a field (or they get a message that "OpenInsight stoppped working" and then the application closes ). It happened to me on another workstation in the same network, and a different window, when I was saving multiple consecutive records. It seemed that after every 10 or so records when the F9 key was pressed the saving msg would display for a few seconds longer and then system would exit without warning. This happened several times and then I got the msg "OpenInsight stopped working" immediately after re-launching the application. At this point I had to restart the machine acting as the server.
All PCs are running Windows 7 32bit and OpenInsight is version 9.2.1 with the bundled UD4.7. All Users are Administrators and I have disabled the power saving options in Windows.
Any assistance in troubleshooting this issue is greatly appreciated.

Andrew, the F10 key really has no bearing on the second problem. You might want to check your indexes. Rebuild them and see if you crash.

Thanks Bob. I realize that the F10 issue is different, by referring to it I was actually trying to clarify that this was a separate issue as the result was the same. I was actually rebuilding the indexes in one instance that the system closed unexpectedly. Does it matter if I do the rebuild via Arev32 or the database manager within OI?
