OpenInsight 4.1.3 Development Oengine Bug Fix (OpenInsight 32-Bit)

There is a fix to this error. In order to receive this fix, you will need to email your Oengine.dll to info@revelation.com. It will be replaced with new Oengine.dll with the bug fix incorporated.
