Here's a link to the zipped up PIZZA_DATA folder - after downloading, please right-click, choose "Properties", and then "unblock" if it's an option. Then unzip it into a directory named PIZZA_DATA under your OI folder.
In addition, you will need the PIZZA_FILES, which contain images used by the Pizza app. Here's a link to the zipped up PIZZA_FILES folder - after downloading, please right-click, choose "Properties", and then "unblock if it's an option. Then unzip it into a directory named PIZZA_FILES under your OI/O4W subfolder.
