After applying one of our updates (just some stored procedures and forms) to a client's live system (OI 4.13a), a form with a hierachical list box stopped working. This form wasn't even in the update. The listbox now appears grey vs white and the decriptions are grey boxes. The icons still appear but the double click event does not work. The client did test the update on a copy of their system and all was well with the copy. I copied the form to a new form and the new form works fine. I deleted the old form and form executable entities (form does not have any script events) and

then copied the new form to the old form name. The old form still does not work. I have the client using the new form name for now, but am curious why the old form will not work. Any ideas?

Thanks for the response. Absolutely no changes in the OS or OI upgrades. Someone suggested it might be related to a promoted event, which we do have a promoted event for gotfocus (resets a timer so we can log a user out if no activity). But why wouldn't a promoted event corrupt both copies of the window?
