I am unable to create or modify any rows or copy any tables thru Arev/OI on a Windows 2003 Server. Running Arev3.12 and OI9.3x. FS12345 Error. Running UHD Heavy on the network.
I have rights to write to the folders but it will not update from OI/Arev.
We starting experiencing some errors such as tables not found, Indexes were locked. When the server was restarted all was well, but was unable to update nor create any records.
Appreciate any help.

Looks like the problem was resolved by clearing the temp and journal files created by the UDH. (although there was still a lot of drive space ?).

This will occur when the client attempts to write to a table managed by the UDH if the UDH was restarted while in an inconsistent state, for example a server crash or a hard shutdown and one of the journal files wasn't properly closed. To prevent the system from getting into an inconsistent state all writes are disabled until the journal files are cleared and the system is re-copied to the backup server.

Thanks for the explanation. Makes sense.
In this case, the Server was brought down correctly, but there may have been users on the system.
