Following the success of similar days in Australia and New Zealand Mike will be over from New Jersey to show a lot of the really the cool functionality that is coming in version 9.0 - a ground breaking release.
Some of the new features, most of which mike will be showing include:

- Integration of Sierra Bravo's Dashboard technology.
- Enhanced localisation - date, time, currency and modifiable LND settings.
- Ability to create a SETUP.EXE from the RDK.
- A brand new print engine.
- A brand new IDE.
- A brand new system editor.
- New network capabilities.
- Enhanced .Net integration.
- Rich text support in OIPI ADDTABLE.
- Edit table enhancements.
- Enhancements to the OI4U2 configuration module.
- Plus much, much more.
In addition to seeing the above first hand, this event is the perfect venue to share your thoughts and needs from the product line with Mike and also to network with other OpenInsight developers.
The full agenda, times and a registration form can be found on our web site http://www.revsoft.co.uk/rug08.htm and http://www.revsoft.co.uk/eventregistration.htm.
If you are able to make the RUG, I look forward to seeing you in London next week.
All the best,
Martyn.

If it is at all feasible, I would heartily recommend attending this meeting.
Aside from enjoying talking with the community, I really want to show the commitment Revelation has to the community. The OpenInsight 9.0 release will make a tremendous impact on end users and developers alike. The meetings we held in Sydney and Auckland were very productive for both Revelation and the attendees.
Will there be consequences for not attending? Only missing out on the new features and benefits…
Hope to see you there-
Mike Ruane
