Should we be able to display WMF Files in OI

For a particular file saved as .wmf it only display black on the sreen either as clipped or resized.

A jpg copy of the file works OK.

Gerry,

Try setting the BITMAP control to Resize rather than Clip.

Gerry,

Do you have the BANNER.WMF file that came with the original OIPI (i.e. Splaver version)? I was testing with that file and it works for me but only if I use Resize. We've used WMF files in the past as well. They haven't always displayed that well, especially if the width and height of the BITMAP control does not have the same ratio as the width and height of the WMF file.

If you want to email the WMF file you are using I'll test it on my system to see if it is a problem with the WMF file itself.

OK

We worked it out.

If a wmf file has a file size of 8kb or more then it doesn't display in OI

With either resize or clip.

Maybe something to look at.
