Hi, Barry. In the line you transcribed - or copied? - you have some odd characters. Is this an actual copy/paste of the command you were trying to issue? If so, perhaps the problem is that you don't have an actual dash in front of the word "jar." Please type in (NOT copy and paste in) the following line:

java -jar oesocketserver.jar -d 3

Do you see the same error?

Hi, Barry. So just to be clear, "regular" desktop OI doesn't run on this system either, and generates this error?

Is it possible that antivirus has "blocked" the LH files from running? If you remove the NamedPipeName from the REVPARAM does it make any difference (I don't expect it to, but let's start with a clean REVPARAM that ONLY has "ServerOnly=0" in it)

Don't worry, ran out of my 'free' time, so will leave it now as it there was not a serious application need, just seeing if I could do it (Big fail).

Wait until I can get a cloud expert to sit with me to setup - might do AWS next time.
