Bug found in UDLite engine? (OpenInsight 32-Bit)

This is a serious problem for me as the client really needs the multi-user capability but the right click menus are also central to the application as they are used to select and enter data from popups and searches than can not be entered manually.
Would we have this same problem with any multi-user engine?
How should I go about resolving this problem?

I took a copy of the client's system before adding udlite, and the right click menus worked. Then I applied all of my upgrades to bring it current, and the right clicks still worked. I did this remotely on a copy at the client's site. So I had a production UDlite 7.0.1 and a "production" single runtime 7.0 with the same application upgrades. Right click menus work on the single and fail on the udlite. (all remotley with pcAnywhere) And I reported this discovery.
Then, I copied the 'good' single user 7.0 down to my machine where I could investigate further.
After unzipping on my machine and testing, behold! the right clicks don't work! So, that lets the UDLite engine off the hook, but my problem persists!
Any ideas?
